"The big deal was from Henson Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing but no one kind of ever got back to us to resolve one of the matter. We talked with him about another problem that we were having which was leakage in the walls, through the floor and over the garage. We mentioned a couple of things that might have to be done but wouldn't know until someone came back out and really looked at it with that in mind and that never happened. We just didn't worry about it. There were people who were professional. They were courteous. They did their thing, answered questions and what not. They didn’t help solve anything and didn’t do any work. They came when they said they would. The punctuality was good. They didn't follow through."
