"Our upstairs heating wasn’t working. I called around 3am left a voice message. They returned my call when they opened around 8:30am. The serviceman Ralph’s arrived around 1pm. He examined the system explained the problem 2nd floor air bound. He bleed the system. Part of the system was frozen. He explained the process told us to wait 24 hours to see if it thawed naturally which it did. He didn’t try to upsell the service. We were pleased with the results and will continue to use this service company for our maintenance needs in the fut"

He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. During the course of the install, it was found wiring for the air conditioning needed to be changed from 110 to 220. Khalif found someone to take care of it immediately. The men working with him -Andy and Jose, were courteous, left the work site in a neat and clean order- they placed protective coverings down to protect my wood floors. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
