"Our upstairs heating wasn’t working. I called around 3am left a voice message. They returned my call when they opened around 8:30am. The serviceman Ralph’s arrived around 1pm. He examined the system explained the problem 2nd floor air bound. He bleed the system. Part of the system was frozen. He explained the process told us to wait 24 hours to see if it thawed naturally which it did. He didn’t try to upsell the service. We were pleased with the results and will continue to use this service company for our maintenance needs in the fut"

After having multiple HVAC guys in our house to check our Lennox central air conditioning unit for a WEEK during the hottest week of summer (our house heated to 98 degrees), Kevin entered our house and turned our unit on in less than 2 minutes. He came in and he knew EXACTLY what he was doing- he spent a few minutes at our unit and got it running, then he went downstairs to check the electric base unit and he quickly found that our filter needed changing BAD. We had multiple companies telling us that we needed a new unit, and we had spent hundreds of dollars on NOTHING to find that our unit, while old (20 years), was more advanced than most as it had multiple automatic shut off valves to avoid any overheating catastrophes. Long story short, it took a few bad opinions to finally find Kevin who waltzed in and told us that we simply needed to change our filter regularly and he had our house cool within an hour. If you re on the fence, save yourself the time and money and hire him immediately. You won t regret it."
