Comment: I am a landlord with multi family buildings. I kept using one HVAC company for years but recently they kept sending me a rookie technician. He was supposed to replace a blower, but the new motor did not work, then he said the relay needed to be replaced, after relay changed, still motor didn’t work. Then he blame the heating thing. Now , he just left with a big mess inside the handler. I hope you can come to fix it and I am looking for another HVAC company to be a new partner. Thanks

Comment: Single home, one 3.5 ton unit for A/C central. Separate gas furnace. Evaporator coil on top of furnace has a gas leak. Temporary sealant and recharge did not work. Coil is 14 inches in height, but no replacement coil is made that short any more. A new coil will have to be fit into the space and the duct work above it modified to accommodate the higher coil. The length and width on top of furnace does not appear to be a problem to fit a new expansion coil. The furnace (Goodman) is in good condition, with a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger. The U- 42 Rev B expansion coil has been replaced by a larger more efficient coil, which is approximately 18 inches high. The A/C compressor will have to be replaced due to the new gas required.
