He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"Thank you Premier Cleaning! After 3 attempts of hiring air duct cleaning specialists, Premier Cleaning were the ones that got the job done. Once the summer season came in, so did the nasty smell. I had 3 guys come in and try to find the root of the problem and all had some kind of issues determining what the problem may have been; But not Premier Cleaning, they had 2 guys come in and carefully inspect all possible problems associated with my air duct and HVAC system, they eventually found a rodent (AKA Mickey Mouse) inside the air handler, right by the blower motor."

"I honestly cannot say enough good things about Justin. Our old A/C stopped working for some reason and just started delivering fan only, no real cooling. I called several places all of whom said they did not service window units. I finally got one place that said they did and could be there in two weeks (!). Not only was he there the same day (within four hours!) but honestly and accurately diagnosed the problem.
