"Our air conditioning died right when the heat wave hit. (of course!) We spoke with Product Air and were able to have Eli come out and look at it the same day! After weighing the options we decided to replace our entire unit. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. He came the next day to install the new unit. It was Friday and he already had a busy schedule but still worked us in at the end of his day and was here until 8pm finishing up the job. Poor guy it was a 90 degree day! He even came back the next day at no charge to troubleshoot a problem in our crawlspace. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing any type of heating or cooling work!"

"I made an furnace inspection in a house I had purchased. Milo responded quickly and by the time he arrived (on time) my furnace had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem and fixed other other potential problems. He he was organized, compitent and friendly. He is coming back this week to install an air filter which the furnace lacked. We spent a cold night, but warmed up quickly after Milo arrived. Thank you for professional and friendly work."

"Great professional and courteous service. Highly recommend Seatown Electric Heating, Cooling and Plumbing."

"I appreciated that the company rep did a wonderful job explaining the workings of a heat pump. His explanation made it easy for me to decide to change to a heat pump from my tried and true (and old) gas wall heater. I appreciate the installers, the electricians, and the followup by the company rep after the installation. Love my quiet warm air! I highly recommend West Mechanical!"

"Install was quick, professional, and works great. They also installed new Diakin furnace at the same time, new thermostat and air scrubber. Cleanup was quick and spotless and two contacts to check on functioning of equipment or any concerns. Extremely happy with installation, costs, and customer service."

"Very well. The air conditioning workmen (Shaun and Sedrick) showed up between 8 and 9 and worked through until 4 PM. They were professional, informative and respectful of homeowner. Electrician and other Seatown workmen also participated in the project. I really appreciated the fact that two apprentices were part of the project and were being taught by the more experienced people, which indicates the company's commitment to well trained and cohesive staff. They also did a respectable clean-up before departure."

"We'd used them four years ago to replace our windows. They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said "They do really good work." Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have."

"The gas furnace on my rental house broke during the night that the roads were buried in snow and temperatures were in the low 20's. I submitted requests for quotes to several companies at mid night, and Ozannecustom contacted me early morning. No other companies contacted me until a couple days later. Ozannecustom was able to come and replace the furnace on the same day with reasonable pricing. The quality of work was really good and way better than I expected. Thank you a lot for having it done during a tough day."
