"Mariano came out and prepared the estimate for my new furnace and air conditioner. He, his dad and brother installed both units, repaired some of the ducts and configured the electronic. Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, he made sure I was fully informed about what he was doing and why - he told me what he was GOING to do, told me what he WAS doing as he did it, and reviewed what he had DONE when it was finished. And he was a really nice person, which is definitely a bonus when someone is going to be working in your space for the better part of 8 hours. Jared ran a natural gas line for us from the furnace area to the kitchen so that we could put in a gas stove. We just got the stove itself yesterday (finally!), and the whole system is working beautifully. Thanks, Jared, for your wonderful work!"
