Went above and beyond to find us the right unit - we needed the whole package replaced: thermostat, air handler and 4 ton cooling unit. Jacob worked over the weekend (in the midst of his wifeâ s birthday celebration in Orlando) making calls to find parts and sending drivers to GA and Jax so we didnâ t roast in the Florida heat. Went the extra mile to add a UV light to kill bacteria. Gave special attention to us because weâ re retired (on a fixed income); my husband is an Army veteran. Arrived when he said heâ d be here; communicated every step of the way. Earned our trust. Our 17 year-old equipment was updated with a fabulous energy-efficient system!
