Robert, Courtland and Cody got right to work and took out the old system… and then installed our new heat pump. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and courteous… answering any questions we had! "JC was very good about communicating and being responsive both through Angie's list as well as follow-up phone calls and email.  He was very prompt and professional.  He even offered "free" advice/suggestions on how we could fix it ourselves if we wanted to.  Even though we didn't use him for these services to do this job at this time, I would recommend him and give him a good rating based on the other criteria.  Would use in the future if needed.
