After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. "This was by far the best experience I've had when it involves repairs. My heater had been broken for a year. Because I'm on a fixed income, I couldn't afford to replace it. Quotes from others all recommended replacement. HD Mechanical gave me an estimate for repair and it was fixed right away, an at a fair price. Brandon and Tim are the best and are professional and dedicated to getting the job done without trying to upsell to unnecessary replacement. It works fantastic. "The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"I was very impressed. I called California comfort because the air conditioner went out at our rental house and the tenants have children with special needs and needed it fixed ASAP. Chris was just finishing another job and rushed over to my rental only minutes after I called him. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the call of duty to advise and assist our regular AC guy when he arrived. This was my first call to California Comfort and it will not be my last. I highly recommend California Comfort and will definitely be using them again in the future.

"my wife & i awoke this morning to find no ac upstairs in our house. as we were looking forward to yet another 90+ degree san fernando valley summer day, i desperately tried to find someone to come by and look at the unit. north air was the only vendor available today...so i made an appointment (plus, i liked that they were a local burbank business).

vigen was scheduled to come between 2p & 4p...but he called just after noon and asked if he could come earlier (yes!). after arrioving he checked out the unit and determined the problem was one of two things: a broken condenser or a broken motor. he quoted me a price for the condenser and we agreed to discuss plan b (motor) if a new condenser didn't fix the problem.

after swapping out the condenser the unit immediately sprang back to life. vigen checked a couple other things to make sure everything was working properly and that was that. the whole thing probably took 20 minutes.

"I initially contacted Charles to get an assessment of my situation and price estimate over the phone and found him to be very courteous and knowledgable and his pricing seemed very very competitive.  Based on that, I set a service appointment with him.
He arrived on time and I appreciated how he took the time to explain what he was going to do and why.  I also liked his measuring of the air particulates before and after the cleaning proceedure so I could gauge the success of the work hoping that my dollars would be well spent. 
Sure enough, the initial readings were sky high and a visual examination of the ducts made it clear that this was definitely a good thing that I was doing.  Charles performed his proceedures in a most timely fashion and I also appreciated how he was careful not to damage or marr any of the nearby furniture with his cleaning hoses.
He was very conversant and I certainly learned quite a bit about the importance of clean ducts as well as the many different air filter options.  Thanks to him, I now know where to go to order better quality filters to further improve my living environment. 
When the proceedure was complete, the final measurement readings were dramatically lower and I really felt like I got more than my money's worth.  I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking to improve their home's air quality.
