"I own an older cape that was built in 1959. My wife and I have been living with window air conditioners for the past 13 years, as the our house has no ductwork to accommodate conventional central air conditioning. We did some research on high velocity, micro-duct A/C systems as an alternative to conventional central air systems. We heard about Joyce Cooling & Heating from our next door neighbor, whose father had used them several years ago and we decided to give them a call. The salesman, Abe, came out the next day to determine project scope and provide a quote (scope can be quite complicated depending on layout of house). Abe went a step further and brought the owner, Tony, out to the house a few days later and together they explained the project in detail and provided us with ideas/options on how to configure the system. The project began on June 13 and was completed on June 16. The installation team (mechanic - Bob and apprentice - Mitch) was polite, courteous and most efficient. The amount of work that they accomplished in 3 days far exceeded my expectations. They left my house immaculate at the end of each workday. High velocity A/C systems are not cheap, however, my wife and I could not be happier with our investment in this quality product. The entire Joyce team is clearly focused on customer satisfaction and they made this an enjoyable experience for us. I would definitely recommend Joyce Cooling & Heating to others."

"We are overall very happy with the project. Sila had to install a high velocity air conditioning system in very limited space. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

"Patrick called Friday night and showed up at 7:15 AM on a Saturday morning (OMG) to repair a central A/C system that was icing up inside. I'm still waiting to hear from the other 2 companies that were listed in my area. I know they will call Monday which would mean myself and my disabled wife would spend a very uncomfortable weekend and probably longer because most HVAC companies don't work weekends and it usually takes at least a day to schedule an appointment. Not fun when the humidity is 65% and the temp is close to 80. Patrick did a great job, A/C is running like new. Will hire him again and recommend him in a heart beat. Prices are very reasonable. They left the area clean and the job was very neat (lines were run straight all debris was picked up). I am very happy with the service. The other bonus is there were no hidden fees.
