"John is meticulous and amazingly fair with his pricing. I had the SAME part replaced 5 years ago and this time John installed it better than the last company, double checked EVERYTHING and the bill was half of the last contractor. "Bob Hamilton installed a new ac and furnace for us last year. The whole process was extremely fast. They were very courteous. Richard gave us multiple options to chose from and measured our vents to help us pick the right size. I had no idea that your vents and layout of the house meant you needed a certain kind of system. The one we picked has saved us a ton of money on bills and they even threw in a Nest thermostat. We also purchased a humidifier and UV light which we're loving. We're service partners now and they call me when it's ready to get my system checked for the season. I'm really happy I found them. They help me keep my home maintained without me having to think about it. You don't even have to wait around all day for them because they call you at least 30 minutes before the tech is on their way. All of their pricing is upfront and I like the annual checks because they help me identify things I may need to do down the road. The checks also teach me a lot about how things work in my house. It's kind of like having your dad come over."
