My unit was showing two error codes. Andy assured me that he could repair my system. He came and diagnosed the problem, replaced two sensors and corrected my problem. Andy was very knowledgeable, fair and honest. The kind of person you want to come into your home. He cleaned and serviced my ac system also since it was installed seven years earlier and never cleaned"

He seemed to care that we got our heat back asap. I reached out to him and he sent his tech Josh out to help us. "I was contacted almost immediately after placing a request for service. The technician (Britt) came out to give me an estimate to service my HVAC. The price he quoted was more than fair. We made an appointment and he came with his trainee assistant to complete the work. It turned out that there was a fair amount of additional cleaning and maintenance to be done on the interior unit than we'd originally counted on. He did not want to charge me any more for the extra services. Britt truly went above and beyond my expectations. He and Don were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. I learned a lot about the system I wasn't aware of so I will be better able to maintain it in future. I also plan to have them come back for regular service. Highly recommended.
