"They ac was broke and they did what they said they would do. The repair man was very friendly and knowledgeable. Be warned this is an expensive service provider and you can get great services with much less cost. They do appear to be honest and knowledgeable, but I will not use them again do to the hourly fees."

"Had service star Air & heating replace a 5 ton and 2.5 ton and two air handlers that had gone bad. Louis Ratti told me it would take his crew about 8 hours to completed the job from 9:am to 5pm. The crew got there on time and started to work right away. They were professional, courteous and proficient. There was no guessing to what they had to. They were good I say better than good. By 2:30pm they had both systems up and running and the work area clean and spotless. Not only that, I asked if they would connect my phone to both thermostat and with out hesitation they did it. I was very highly impressed. Thank you Louis for sending the right crew"

"Service One has been wonderful to work with, both for our plumbing and air conditioning matters. Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. ServiceOne gave me a great quote and our technician Otto was super knowledgeable, personable and all around a great person whom we felt very confident with. I received another quote from Ferran that was nearly $1,000 more than what ServiceOne quoted, and for a unit that wasn't as efficient. The A/C is working great, they have a great warranty plan for it, and have always been very timely in returning calls in the past. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a good company that is trustworthy and will take their time to talk to you."

"I originally called my regular service company to come out and look at my ac and they told me I had a bad compressor and should replace my 7 year old system. I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. They repaired my system for under $300. I will definitely be calling them if I have a problem in the future."

"Shaan, was very professional and knew his business. He gave me a lot of choices and didn't pressure me to spend more than I needed. He returned my call fast. He came by many times during the day to make sure everything was being done right. The installers Austin and Manny where the best they worked none stop until they got me up and running. They did things that didn't have to do, but made sure it was done right. I had not had air conditioning for five days and they knew I was ready for air? Thanks!!"

"Joey was great about communication. He got back to me right away and was very knowledgeable. I needed my outside air unit replaced and the condenser inside. He was able to schedule me an appointment right away. When a part I needed was sold out, they went above and beyond to get it to complete the job on the assigned day. The installer came and finished all the work same day ever though he was behind schedule. Upgraded my air system beyond what I imagined.
