"My wife and I just had Joyce Cooling and Heating install duct work, air conditioning unit (Lennox) as well as a ductless mini split in our lower level. We received three bids for the project and selected Joyce for several reasons including, the salesman (Abe) that helped us and his level of responsiveness and consistent communication. We also liked the brands that Joyce partners with and installs - Lennox and Mitsubishi and from my research are the two best brands on the market. Our positive experience continued after we made the selection to hire Joyce for this large (4 day) project. They scheduled us in within days of making the decision and showed up early the first day (big bonus points in my book). The caliber of professionalism, courteousness, thoroughness and communication was present in every aspect of their work and across all of their employees. After each day they cleaned the work area and made sure it was left the way they found it. They completed the job earlier than expected and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Each employee we interacted with at Joyce was polite, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. We have shared our positive experience with everyone we have spoken to about our recent home improvement and am a firm believer in voting with my dollars for businesses that deserve it and Joyce has won our vote. Everyone in the office was very helpful with the Mass Save program and process. They also submitted my rebate applications and helped with the warranty info. The work was done when scheduled and very quickly. The technicians were polite and answered all my questions."

"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. "We are overall very happy with the project. Sila had to install a high velocity air conditioning system in very limited space. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

It’s always a great experience to have maintenance conducted in you home and have the technicians give you expert advice on your heating and AC system.
