I was put at ease explaining my a/c problem with the rep on the phone and was reassured that they would fix the problem, everything will be fine and his guys will be there between 3 & 5pm. Well a storm came through during that window of time & I thought they were not going to make it. I was wrong. The guys showed up right after the stormed cleared. Roderick, diagnosed the problem, low on freon by three gallons and quoted the price for service. Soooo reasonable I let out a sigh of relief. The coils on the a/c were iced so they couldn't complete the freon input that day. Came back the next morning, as promised, at 8:30 sharp, finished their work and we had cool air w/in a hour.
