"Brad was the technician who came out, and he was very professional--and explained everything he did. Added coolant to the air conditioner, and I also had him check our furnace because we didn't feel it did it's best during the winter. He found a crack in the heating unit--and showed it to me. By law he had to disengage the furnace so it cannot be used because of health issues. He was surprised we didn't have carbon monoxide poisoning symptoms.. We need a new furnace, and we'll definitely by it from Dr.HVAC. Price of repair was very reasonable on the air conditioner."
