The Mitsubishi unit itself is an excellent product. Cools quickly, quietly, and is multifunctional. The installers Brian and Moses did the job in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. All stages of the job went smoothly. Functions of the unit and use of the remote were explained thoroughly and a booklet was provided that reinforces the information. Cleanup was excellently done.
