When Josh got here we had been out of A/C for 24hrs with many of the previous companies claiming to be overbooked, Josh took time to come out after his already full day and see if he could get us up and going unfortunately after diagnosing and giving me a very detailed overview of what had happened. We decided it was time to let my 21yr old system retire and get some good savings with a more efficient system. Josh was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions and worked extremely hard to get everything up and running as soon as possible we lucked out and he was able to get the equipment the very next day and he finished it up with plenty of time to go to sleep in a cool comfortable home.
