"Had a very difficult time finding a company that was respectful of the urgency/nature of my need to have the AC replaced given the 90 degree weather we were having. Had recently moved into a place and just found out it wasn't working. These guys came out to take a look and had the job done within 24 hours. Can't say much for the price, since I didn't have time to shop around, but at a time in need this couldn't be beat. I've had many home projects done over the past couple months, and It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their business and put their customers first."

"It cost more than we thought it would, but they did a good job, and the air is working fine."

"Four years ago, we hired Schutz to install a AC in our older 1960's tri-level home. This has been one of the best home improvement decisions I've ever made. Retro-fitting an older home with AC is no small feat! Yet Tony and his crew did an outstanding job. Not only were they professional and thorough in the installation, but they were impeccably clean as well. The AC they installed has kept us "cool as a cucumber" on many blisteringly hot summer days. When it came time for our old boiler to be replaced, it was a no-brainer to figure out who to call. Once again, Tony and his crew at Schutz did an amazing job of removing our antiquated system and installing a beautiful new boiler and new garage closet to enclose the unit. As before, his guys were professional, thorough, timely, courteous and CLEAN! We have been kept warm and cozy all winter long! I am happy to recommend this company."

"A home inspector told seller that CO was leaking from furnace so we hired this company to inspect furnace. Harriman Furnace determined there were no leaks detected, that system is old but still in working condition."

"Dominion is fantastic and they're very professional and they installed a new air conditioner with financing."

"I hired midpoint cool temp to install furnace & air conditioner, the price was negotiable, fast service clean area , I will recommend family and friends"

"They got the mini-split air conditioner installed how I wanted it. They were on time and less expensive than the other quotes I had gotten. Thanks for everything."

"They are the most thorough ac and heating guys in 26 years. The price is right and they care about their work."

"I was able to schedule the appointment easily via email. He actually arrived early and called to let me know when he was on his way. He not only fixed my air conditioning, but cleaned up some questionable work that had been done by someone else years ago. He was very friendly and I would 100% hire them again if necessary."

"I decided not the do the work on the advice of my real estate agent. But, Household Heating and Air was VERY responsive. I was impressed and would like to use them in the future."
