"The ASSA MECHANICAL SERVICES LLC Team showed up promptly at the previously agreed, confirmed day and time. They immediately got to work with removing the old window mounted air conditioner unit which needed to be replaced and installed the new air conditioner. The whole process only took about one hour. A very professional and communicative team. The new air conditioner is working great. We’ll be requesting these guys again for any annual maintenance required for the window a.c. unit. "Phil's team did a great job. They were punctual. They kept their work area clean, and left the place looking like it did before they came. The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.
