Our HVAC blower (squirrel cage) failed on Thursday evening, just before a weekend with temperatures expected to reach 102 degrees. After calling multiple HVAC companies and being told no one could come out until the following week, Behold was able to schedule Erfan Azimi to come out right away. Erfan quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary parts, and had our air conditioning back up and running before the weekend. "Don was excellent. He performed a very thorough inspection of my system and clearly explained all his findings. My furnace is 20 years old, and despite finding many smaller issues he was not pushy about replacing the entire thing. He just gave an honest assessment of the condition. Don correctly found the issue with the blower (bad controller board) and fixed the cause of the failure (plugged drain pipe, causing water damage). After replacing the board the furnace is back up and running. I'll be giving them a call when it is time to replace the furnace."
