"I called to set up a time for getting a quite for cleaning my heat =pump ahead of winter. He came over and did my heat pump PM and inspected the air vents in my crawl space underneath the house. I was shocked when he showed me the pictures. He then worked up an itemized quote to cover needed repairs. I felt like he gave me a fair estimate and was even open to working with me on the cost. We set a schedule for him to start. He started and finished the project as scheduled. I love how he works and would highly recommend him to anyone needing heating and air system work done. I will use this company definitely for future projects"

"They didn't come on time at all.  The issue I had was that they had a price advertised for a system check and when they came they said that I had two different air conditioning units and it would be two different prices.  I felt that was a bit misleading and they didn't say that when I called to make the appointment.
