"Shane was really great! He walked me through potential causes for the dishwasher to not work properly; parts needed to repair, and time and cost. He picked up the parts from a distributor and installed them. The total service time was around 2.5 hours. My wife and I are ecstatic the DW is fixed, because we did not want to buy a new one.
