"My central AC unit has been broken for several years. intermittently working during hot summers. I've had several HVAC companies come to diagnose and all of them told me different things: replace the whole system, new lines, etc. potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars. So I decided to troubleshoot by myself and pinpointed the issue: the filter dryer needed to be replaced. No company wanted to do this small job. I called Emerald HVAC and told them about my issue, they sent in José, who diagnosed the issue to be what I said. He replaced the filter dryer and the AC unit works perfectly now after several years! In short, Emerald HVAC will be my first choice for any HVAC work in the future. They are honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I recommend them without reservation!"

"On the day that the heat pump is installed, request that Paul or Daniel be there at the end of the installation to go over all the details on how to operate the complicated thermostat. Paul and Daniel will answer all questions, but those who install the pump do not handle thermostat questions. And the maker of this thermostat, like the makers of all modern thermostats, does not provide a manual or a clear explanation on-line. This lack of manual and on-line instructions is exceptionally frustrating, which is why staff like Paul and Daniel are essential on the day of installation."

"Our Burnham boiler has been giving us issues this winter after just purchasing the new house over the summer. We've come home a number of times to no heat and a cold house, but had luckily managed to YouTube our way into figuring out fixes. This time unfortunately we couldn't figure it out and needed to search for an HVAC contractor. Green Energy was the first company I could even get to answer my call. At 9am Melissa was able to set me up with a day of appointment, Terry was at our house by 1pm. Since this boiler type is still new to us, Terry was great with explaining the workings of the equipment, and just some general tips for upkeep. It ended up being a simple fix with a loose relay, however I would of never been able to figure that out on my own. Terry ended up also doing a general servicing and cleaning of the unit, which they recommend annually to help the equipment last longer (we're positive the previous owners never did it). I would highly recommend Terry, he was knowledgeable and overall good guy. We also plan to sign up for their annual membership program and use Green Energy moving forward."

We needed the job done ASAP and Sean was able to accommodate our request and complete the full job in a day. His crews were prompt, and seamlessly coordinated to convert our combo forced hot water and air system while creating a much tidier and well laid out integration with the new boiler and indirect water heater. After the instillation Sean checked in and came to do minor adjustments to ensure the system was dialed in to run perfectly. Lastly, the pricing was great, and the instillation was designed to maximize the available Mass Save rebates for energy efficient systems.
