Robert, Courtland and Cody got right to work and took out the old system… and then installed our new heat pump. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and courteous… answering any questions we had! "They didn't come on time at all.  The issue I had was that they had a price advertised for a system check and when they came they said that I had two different air conditioning units and it would be two different prices.  I felt that was a bit misleading and they didn't say that when I called to make the appointment. "They came out to my home and did a fantastic job. They were very quick to arrive (same day) and explained it in a way that made sense. I had a "Dirty flame sensor" and they cleaned that for me at no cost. The maintenance plan was cheap for $15 a month only. My home is a new home and the builders never installed surge protection to protect my new system... I chose to get some surge protection and haven't had any issues since. I feel safe and protected. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC needs."
