I only interacted with the staff that was in the back office, I can't speak for the technician. I think the price they charged me for the type of work performed was absolutely unreasonable. I don't have an issue with the work they did, but I was absolutely overcharged. I just feel like I got ripped off. I have left them feedback about it.
