"I had a great experience with MAC Tech. Marco was able to provide same-day service when my upstairs AC stopped cooling. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of immediately recommending an expensive replacement. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. He replaced a failed capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, cleaned the condenser coils, and had my AC cooling again the same day. After receiving a very different opinion from another HVAC company, it was refreshing to work with someone who focused on diagnosing and fixing the actual problem. "I believe his name was Josh He was very professional, got right to it, said it would be no problem and went right to it. "We have used Yes for our air conditioning and heating tune ups and repair for years. They are helpful and courteous. They added insulation so our heating and air conditioning system doesn’t have to work so hard. They also cleaned the ducts. The unit is working great."
