"Coming home from a vacation and finding out that my second level air conditioning is not working in early August in Las Vegas is not a good feeling. Called this company, MAC Tech and Marco was able to come and save the day. Both of our units are original so they're very old. He fixed it without unnecessary repair/replacement or upselling us. He gave his honest opinion and our expectations with our very old and tired AC units, which we kind of already knew. But he also gave us suggestions on how to keep it maintained to make it last a little longer. All that for a very reasonable fee. Fixing our air conditioning the same day we called Marco and giving us very valuable suggestions regarding our air conditioning is more than enough for me to confidently recommend this company and Marco to all our friends, family."

"My Heating and A/C units were over 20 years old and I did not expect them to last forever. At the same time, I wanted to choose when I would replace the system, rather than be under the gun one August when the temperature was well over 100 degrees. I contacted several HVAC companies and listened to their presentations. I committed to each one that I would be making a decision and targeting October for the installation. Not only was Johnny on the Spot the best price for the best system, they did not try to over sell what I needed and they were the only ones who stayed in touch with me until I made a decision. The day of installation, the installation crew showed up on time and finished early. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. After the installation, they called to schedule the drywall repair company to make repairs. They also scheduled the inspector to certify everything was installed correctly. Yesterday, the inspector showed up and gave me the seal of approval. He said that I chose the best manufacturer - Trane - and predicted I would lower my power bill as well as get years of good reliable service from my system. I would highly recommend this company and what they have to offer. In today's market, it is very difficult to get great service and the option of working with a company that follows through with their commitments. Very easy and satisfying transaction."
