I called all the service people in my area and no one could come for 2 weeks. I was panicked! I found Cawiamca on Angi's list. They are located in Saybrook CT. I wasn't sure they would come all the way to my home in Mystic. The owner himself called me and had someone come out THAT VERY DAY!! And the problem was fixed within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service man that came out. Fabulous, friendly, and expert service! I highly recommend them!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Ryan to do him justice. Ryan installed a full house Mitsubishi Ductless Heat-pump (8 air handlers and 2 compressors) system for me. Of the 8 quotes I received from various local contractors, Ryan had the best price by far for the same exact system! He showed up exactly when he said he would and would always respond to my communications in a timely manner. He went out of his way to have make sure the install was attractive and clean on the exterior. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
