"I tried several businesses that do repair work on heating units and finally found Honest Air by using Home Advisor and Honest Air, Todd called me and said he would finish a job he was on and be right over. True to his word he came and found my problem was as suspected a bad motor and fan unit had broken an anchor . Todd had a replacement in his vehicle and the repair was completed by the time the temperature in my home had dropped only two degrees. I was pleasantly surprised at how low the repair was and we parted ways until the spring of 2021 when Honest Air will replace the heating and cooling system with a new one. My present unit is over 42 years old and is requesting I retire it. Done deal. Todd has earned my respect and I will use him as my new go to guy."

They recommended replacing the furnace as repair would be around the same cost plus a new one comes with a warranty. They sent me a quote which I approved and they replaced the unit promptly. The new one they put in was more efficient than the old one and they also replaced the thermostat and fresh air damper unit. I learned so much about the process from them. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again.
