"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue). The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"Air conditioning repair. Tim was a very knowledgeable service technician and he was able to advise on how to best approach my air conditioning issue. Explained everything thoroughly. Polite and respectful!"

"I was very happy with my experience using this company. In the middle of a heat wave, right before the July 4th holiday, my AC stopped working. The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. They were prompt and courteous, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future."

"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

"First Alfano Mechanical Inc. came to my home, said they would do the job and called the office told them to get me on the schedule ASAP. Gave me a price per hour. Well he never called back to this day. Would not recommend them to no one. Job was to HARD for them. Also I had my AC on my worry free with PSEG and they made me take it off because they would not work on my unit in the tight spot that it was installed in my attic 11 years ago. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID: Celestial Air HVAC called when I first contacted Home Advisor and after not hearing back from Alfano(which I would not have hired because they didn t live up to anything he said while here), I called Celestial(and so glad I did) and they came the next day, said it was a hard job and a mess but nothing they couldn t handle. Anthony and Gus came the next day worked their butts off and I have my central air conditioning working right after 11 years. Great price and did over and above what was told to me in the beginning. I would recommend them to everyone and give them a 5 *****. We are very Happy People now. 👍👍😊😊"

"OverAll A/C did a great job replacing my air condition system. Fast, professional and at a fair price."

"I recently hired Kyle to service my central air conditioner. What a find!!!! I will absolutely hire him again. He is bright, personable and explains every step of his process. You can tell he is passionate about HVAC, and enjoys his work. He was able to quickly evaluate my system and get it back up and running. My system is old and really needs to be replace but Kyle was able to keep in running for another year... Highly recommend this company"

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"Moe and his crew were very knowledgeable and did great work. I will recommend Reem Air to anyone I know who is looking for Heating and Air Conditioning."

"Great to work with and took time to educate me me on AC units and proper maintenance required and how I can do many things myself to keep my HVAC system running like new."
