"I had a very good experience With this company. I would recommend them to anyone. Honest and fair evaluation of problem. After consulting with thePro, I decided the unit should be replaced. The unit was about 15 years old, and not worth investing in. I wasn't prepared to buy a new one right now. At least I felt like I knew what I was going to need to do, and how much it might cost. The air-conditioner was faulty and will need replacing at some point. I was very satisfied with the service and advice I got."

"Work performed as quoted. Workers were personable knowledgeable and kept me informed as to progress and how much time it would take to complete this job. They also went the extra mile in removing mouse damaged ducts and cleaned up. Our home was never dirty as there employees laid down protective tarps and wore â bootieâ s inside our home and vacuumed at the end of each day. We had our old heating cooling and air conditioning replace as well as all ducting. Their warranty is great. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Elavated Comfort to anyone"

"Chance patiently explained the issue with our broken air conditioner and clearly laid out all of our options. We elected to change out our aging HVAC system and he moved his schedule around to accommodate us. They were punctual and kept us informed every step of the way. The work was thorough, neat as a pin, and came in exactly as quoted even though he hit a few unexpected snags. I know it seems like a small thing, but he and his partner seem to really enjoy their work, and their attitude is upbeat. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"Jim's Air Systems had the best value for my dollar. They supplied me with better equipment than they quoted for the same price. They completed the entire installation in about five hours. They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Josh, the son of the original Jim, was on the job working with the other two installers. They performed above my expectations. They left my home and yard as clean as if they had never been there. The new furnace is wonderful and is already saving me money on my P.G. & E. bill. I would recommend Jim's Air Systems unconditionally to anyone in need of a new furnace and AC system. This is a family business that has been supplying and installing systems since 1976. They take personal pride in doing an excellent job. They did not sell me anything that I did not need and provided me with a much cleaner and easier-to-service installation than my existing system. They are the best!"
