"Heating Specialties workers arrived on time and were very professional. The crew leader reviewed all of the work with me so I understood everything about my new AC system and how it worked. The were very respectful of my property and cleaned every work area before leaving. They trained my on how to program the new theromstats and made sure the I knew how to override the system should I ever have an issue with the zoned AC. I will use them for all of my heating/air conditioning needs for this point on. This is a five star operation."

"The service was good, but the repair was (in my opinion) too expensive--over $400 to replace a gas furnace igniter. I was told I get a "free" tune-up next year. Given what I was charged, it wasn't free; I paid for it in advance. I'll be purchasing a new furnace and central air system next year, and will not consider Horizon."
