"Everyone At Generation 3 including Bill, Mike, and Lisa was nice and professional. They were easy to get in touch with and were prompt with appointments. I liked that info about the person coming to your house for the appointment would be emailed to you the day before and they would call prior to the appointment to let you know that they were on the way I had the electric in my house upgraded and an electric car charger placed outside of my house. The electric now has a dedicated 240V line running to the car charger outside for fast charging. Everything is well labeled and in great working condition. The electric car charger was placed on a sturdy wooden post and painted in a glossy black to match the trim on my house. The post is very nice and tasteful. My neighbors approve also and that is important. I will definitely use them again!

"We recently moved into a house built in 1987 with the original air conditioning unit, which constantly ran without stopping.  It was a brutal summer, but it was definitely not running properly.  Joe came out himself to take a look.  He took a look at the entire system and suggested that we service the AC to make it function properly and not constantly run.  He also changed the air filter in the furnace.  I appreciated the fact that he did not push a new air conditioning system in the house considering the unit we have is 25+ years old.  He also gave us a few ideas on how to make our home more energy efficient.  He did a great job.

"Dave did a great job, he explained what caused our Heat pump to stop working. We bought this unit last June 2019 . So we were very upset when the unit stopped working, it was so hot and Dave had to go up into our attic / crawl space. That was super hot, but he was able to find the problem and get our unit to work. We are very thankful for having Dave as our technician. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "The engineers overrided the recommendation of the salesman and initially installed a furnace Is with a much higher BTU rating than my small place required resulting in excessively dry air which for me, was a health risk. After I complained they somewhat reluctantly replaced it with an appropriate furnace. The sales representative did strive to do what it took to satisfy me which I Greatly appreciate. And the technicians and installers were and installers were very good."
