"They took a look at the air conditioner which was not cooling my house. They refilled with freon and then recommended some changes. Price was good. The worker they sent was definitely experienced, he went right out to identify the problem. Pretty personable. He didn't mind me looking at what was going on."

"Excellent. Sam was so great and so professional. He took time to go over everything needed. He also pointed out after why there was issues. I use this company for my Heating and Air Conditioning but this was my first time using them for Plumbing. Trust i will now go back to them and hopefully they will send Sam back. Highly recommended."

"Loved the presentation but the Sales person Rich, however they NEVER checked the AC unit to see if it were repairable. He never identified the problem but only wanted to sell us a NEW AC unit. We didnt tell him anything as we wanted to see what he found with our unit. My husband is in construction so we knew what was wrong. There price for the same thing as another company was for a much inferior AC unit with only a 5 year warranty. Fast on the appointment but poor on the service and explanations."

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr. 

We are very happy.

"These guys are the best. we moved into a new house back in June and had the hot water heater die after a few weeks. Frank was out the next day with a new hot water heater, at a excellent price. Both my wife and I were extremely happy with the work done, the price we were given and the customer service we got. Since then we have had two other 'emergencies' (air conditioner/leaky pipe in bathroom) and these guys came out right away and fixed the problems at excellent prices. Each time we had them at our house, they were very detailed about what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Our HVAC is 25 years old and on it last legs. We've already asked Frank about it, and as soon as we are able to, we'll be calling Old Skool for our new one."
