I called all the service people in my area and no one could come for 2 weeks. I was panicked! I found Cawiamca on Angi's list. They are located in Saybrook CT. I wasn't sure they would come all the way to my home in Mystic. The owner himself called me and had someone come out THAT VERY DAY!! And the problem was fixed within an hour. "I cannot say enough good things about Ryan to do him justice. Ryan installed a full house Mitsubishi Ductless Heat-pump (8 air handlers and 2 compressors) system for me. Of the 8 quotes I received from various local contractors, Ryan had the best price by far for the same exact system! He showed up exactly when he said he would and would always respond to my communications in a timely manner. He went out of his way to have make sure the install was attractive and clean on the exterior. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the whole experience and could honestly keep going on about how pleased I am. "Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back.
