"I highly recommend to anyone in the Longwood or greater Orlando area Matthew Roberts Air Conditioning. They are an exceptional company that provides exemplary service. I recently had them install a new Trane air conditioning system and I was completely satisfied with the installation and service they provided. They are a family run business and you could tell they genuinely care about putting the customer first. Since replacing an air conditioning system is one of the biggest expenses homeowners face, I had several concerns going into the process and they made it a point to address all of my concerns and you could tell they wanted me to be happy at the end of the day. They didn’t try to upcharge me into anything I didn’t need as other companies did. "Service One has been wonderful to work with, both for our plumbing and air conditioning matters. Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. ServiceOne gave me a great quote and our technician Otto was super knowledgeable, personable and all around a great person whom we felt very confident with. I received another quote from Ferran that was nearly $1,000 more than what ServiceOne quoted, and for a unit that wasn't as efficient. The A/C is working great, they have a great warranty plan for it, and have always been very timely in returning calls in the past. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a good company that is trustworthy and will take their time to talk to you."

"I originally called my regular service company to come out and look at my ac and they told me I had a bad compressor and should replace my 7 year old system. I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. They repaired my system for under $300. I will definitely be calling them if I have a problem in the future."

"Shaan, was very professional and knew his business. He gave me a lot of choices and didn't pressure me to spend more than I needed. He returned my call fast. He came by many times during the day to make sure everything was being done right. The installers Austin and Manny where the best they worked none stop until they got me up and running. They did things that didn't have to do, but made sure it was done right. I had not had air conditioning for five days and they knew I was ready for air? Thanks!!"
