The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Mr. Kaurin visited us and inspected the unit He reported that the air compressor's low voltage source was disconnected and that the capacitor was bad. He replaced and repaired the unit and had it operating within 1/2 hour of his visit. We will have "Good to Go" replace both our furnace and A/C system when either system becomes un-repairable. "There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free.
