"We had recently purchased a home and had reason to be believe it had been some time since the HVAC was serviced.  Aire Serv came out and performed a cleaning and inspection of the system.  The technician was punctual and polite.  He did a good job and fixed a minor leak we had in the condensation line. 



They offered some recommendations for improvements, but did not try to upsell us on anything.



We will be using Aire Serv again.

"First of all, Evans is very helpful. It's hard to find a technician that is willing to service 20+ year old HVAC systems. He also took time to explain the problems with the system. A technician who explains things is a good technician in my book. Second, he is considerate. He offered different solutions at different price points, explained the pros and cons of each solution and let me decide. Not everyone can afford or is willing to replace the entire system if it can still be repaired. I'm glad I came across a technician that still offers repair solutions to an old system. To make a long story short, I would recommend this guy, especially to those who need to have their old AC system serviced."

"Prompt and reliable HVAC professionals. Kept us informed about the project daily. Took a few days longer than expected but at the end we had a nice system that was installed correctly. Deandre came back for a couple of extra days and strapped the insulated ducts everywhere I requested and even centered up two ducts that were off center. He was awesome! I used a fairly new dividson of Greenwell Plumbing, Home Pro. This service is wonderful. There is one person to deal with for all the sub-contrators. Also there is great office staff to answer questions and help with plumbing fixtures, Staci Montgomery was always very helpful and great to work with, she kept communications flowing.

I met with Joe Kirchgessner April 17, 2014 to go over the details of the job. He listened to what I wanted and was very responsive and offered great suggestion to create a better job. Joe gave me a list of all the trades and scources for fixtures, cabinetry, granite and others needed to complete the job. This included the contact person for each business. All I had to do was to go and make my selections for tile, granite and light fixtures.

Joe scheduled the cabinet maker, shelving, shower glass and shutters to come to the house with selections, on my schedule.

Each sub-contractor showed up as scheduled completed their part of the job, Showing respect and care with my home.

As can be expected in a fourty year old house there was a bump or two in the road but Joe always told me and quot;no problem we can do thatand quot;.And they did! Plus the attention to detail was amazing. They insisted that everything was finished to perfection.
