"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

It was low on Freon.  He had all the equipment (and supplies) necessary to fix the trouble and even offered up advice on what to do with an older unit.  Plus added a sealant to help with any micro leaks we may have had.

"Had our 1st complete HVAC system installed on March 18th/19th. I must say that we received outstanding professional service. The technicians arrived 5-10 minutes early each morning to prep for the tasks @ hand. During Day 1, it was a windy cold day with torrential rain. Even with the inclement weather they mad sure that our gas furnace was completed before leaving for the day, to ensure we had heat. Day 2 they completed the air handler install in about a 1/2 a day. Was amazing of the quickness and quality of work that was performed in just a short period of time. I can't praise enough of how polite and courteous that both technicians were and answered any questions I had. We will definitely have Wicomico Heat & Air perform future PM services.
