"Chris installed two Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioning/heat pump systems in our home. Chris responded quickly to our request for a proposal. He came to our home in a few days, did a thorough review of our options, explained how the systems work and patiently answered all our questions. He sent us his proposal the same day and his estimate was very reasonable. He installed our system in one day even though it required him to work late into the evening due to a delay in the delivery of the equipment caused by a major traffic accident. "This was the best service with 2 highly qualified gentlemen. They were both knowlegable and friendly. They arrived 20 minutes after the initial call which was at the end of their day. They could have gone home for the day like the bigger companies did but instead they stopped on their way home and serviced my central air condition system in the middle of a heat wave. Unlike the other companies that I called who couldn't respond for 3 to 5 days even after I explained I had an infant to keep cool.
