"I literally cannot say enough good ... no no.. great things about this company. I had a mouse problem (which has now been rectified) and it turns out one got into my furnace’s blower wheel, and was causing a rattle to occur. I didn’t want to NOT run the air in these hot Arizona days, but at the same time, I didn’t want to run the air conditioning while it made this noise. I reached out to a few various companies, but was told I was going to have to wait until Monday to speak to someone without saying it was an emergency. Well, this morning (26 APR), I received an e-mail from Strongbuilt via the HomeAdvisor app, who invited me to check them out. I sent my contact info, and Jose called me shortly after. I advised him of the problem, and said he could send someone Monday, but did advise he could send someone today (at an extra cost - totally worth it by the way). I was told someone would be here between 10 and 12. Perfect. I received a text from Strongbuilt saying that Cesar was on his way, which provided a photo and a brief bio of the technician. Cesar arrived, and as mentioned in the beginning, I can’t say enough great things. Cesar was professional, kind, laid everything out for the removal of the mice, and went right to work. Cesar was done in maybe an hour, and I couldn’t be more happy with the cost of tackling my problem. Thank you Strongbuilt and many many thanks Cesar!
