"Another service came out and said I needed an $800+ fix. I called Aire Serv to get a second opinion and they not only stuck with it until they fixed my AC, (it took a couple Of visits but they only charged me for one) they did it without needing the expensive part the other one tried to sell me. They were very responsive, helpful and educational"

"Jamal was actually late because of an earlier appointment, but he did make it by the new time he gave me when I called him. He found the capacitor was not working in our air conditioner. Since he had one handy, he was able to fix it without waiting for parts. He was very reasonable with the charges. We are quite satisfied (and cool!)."

"JE Mr. Fix It exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, Choice Warranty for a second time failed to honor their end of the Home Owners Contractual Agreement and I had to find a reputable company to come in and provide a professional service install for a 16 year old Trane unit. Johnathan and his staff did an amazing job at a short notice . I was without proper air conditioning for over two weeks and Mr. JE Fix It came in within a matter of two days and provided promptly the service I needed at an affordable cost! In addition to advising me of another home warranty organization that would better take care of clients! I will be contacting Jonathan and his staff with any of my home repair needs going forward."
