"Woke up to find my basement flooded by broken water heater. Called Pipe Works on recommendation of relative who had used their services. Receptionist (not a machine!)answered promptly, asked if I knew how to turn the water off, and said someone would call right away. Serviceman called me back within 15 minutes and told me he would be there that day. (This was a Saturday). He arrived on time, assessed the problem, and advised me he would call later with an estimate, and description of the work, which he did. The only disappointment was that the water heater needed was not in stock, so had to be ordered and could not be installed until Tuesday. A crew arrived early on Tuesday and installed the heater and cleaned up well. I had some questions about the heater, called their main number during the installation and was quickly connected to the owner, Paul Giglio, who answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
