"I called to set up a time for getting a quite for cleaning my heat =pump ahead of winter. He came over and did my heat pump PM and inspected the air vents in my crawl space underneath the house. I was shocked when he showed me the pictures. He then worked up an itemized quote to cover needed repairs. I felt like he gave me a fair estimate and was even open to working with me on the cost. We set a schedule for him to start. He started and finished the project as scheduled. I love how he works and would highly recommend him to anyone needing heating and air system work done. I will use this company definitely for future projects"

"Madison was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend brothers heat and air."

"Love the service and I highly recommend them for your AC & Heating system."

"They are excellent across the board. We came home from vacation to find we had no AC in our upstairs. Mike got here the next day and got it fixed. Anybody he has ever sent to our home, has been just as professional and reliable as Mike himself. I can't say enough good things about Cool Comfort."

"I guess the price alright. It's about what we paid in Charlotte with another company, maybe just a tiny bit less. But I guess it's the what the prevailing rate is. We had somebody else to do the work, and they didn't do; and we paid them more. We have signed up to use them for our maintenance service for the furnace and air conditioner."

"Very professional, responsive, on time and fixed my air so I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for my heat and air for the future."

"The A/C repair technician (Jonathan) was very thorough in his troubleshooting. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained the diagnosis and repair options. He explained the immediate repair as well as issues to anticipate with my fairly old (15 year old system), including the caution that my systems R22 refrigerant is no longer being produced and is becoming cost prohibitive to replace (I.e. for recharging). T.Byrdâ s gave an excellent price for the parts replacement and repair. Jonathan also explained the efficiencies of current models and a ballpark figure and timeframe that I could use in planning for a full unit replacement. Outstanding work, outstanding on-site customer service. And special thanks to HomeAdvisor & Angie for including T.Byrdâ s Heating and Air, LLC among the referrals for obtaining estimates and service date availability. This has been a great experience and it was a big deal for our A/C to fail just as the Charlotte summer heat had gone Inyo the 90â s!"
