"He was very good at communicating as to what was wrong with my Air Conditioner, in a timely manner, very thorough and knowledgeable, excellent service. Would recommend to anyone needing appliance repair services."

"Bill was amazing from the start. Within an hour of submitting an inquiry through home advisor he immediately contacted me. Not only did he have questions but also provided minor troubleshooting steps to ensure it wasn't anything small causing my forced air system from consistently power cycling. Highly recommended."

"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. Thank you PHS!"

"My television stand was assembled as promised and an air conditioner was installed at no extea charge."

"Amir and team were prompt and delivered on a challenging well to city water conversion project. Very strong work ethic and they take pride in what they do. Would have given full five stars if they had told us they would giving us a better heads up that they needed to work into the night to finish the project."

"They did a very good job. They took a lot of time. They went through and identified all of the air leakages in our house and then they did weatherization some improvements like air sealing and change light bulbs and things like that to improve our energy efficiency."

"Gary was professional. He responded quickly to my message. He was able to provide service promptly. We are enjoying hot water again. Thank you, Gary."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Sears may have a good product, but I was very uncomfortable with the guy they sent out to give a "quote". It isn't a quote, it's a sales pitch and it ate up over 2 hours of our time! The salesman was very nice and seemed like a good guy, but he was overselling sears and putting down ind. contractors and it put me off. Aside form that, their quote was 2/3 higher than anywhere else. $23,000 for central air just wasn't worth it for us."
