Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

"Had to have service on a holiday from a major leak on washer valves! Customer service was wonderful and felt bad I would not be able to wait 2 days for service as we had water all over! Tech was to be desired and immediately told me he could not do the repair as he could not move out washer which we said we would do it but than he said he might not have the valve needed which was the reason I gave customer service was the issue! He did end up fixing without us moving washer but a few hours later I realized no hot water which after speaking to original tech was able to fix myself. "The guy that came out, his name was Tommy. He's the one that fixed the furnace. We had another company come three times trying to fix that furnace this winter, and it was not fixed. He stood in front of the furnace for a few minutes and knew what was needed to fix it. He put it in and it has worked perfectly ever since. We had gotten something in the mail from Summers and we'd seen their trucks around. They have very nice looking trucks. He walked in, he listened, and he fixed it. You couldn't ask for any more. We use them for our furnace and for our air conditioning."
