Nick and his team were able to provide an estimate for the system, and it was substantially lower than others I received. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain why his was lower and why the system he was recommended was the most appropriate for the size of home we have. Work was scheduled, and the crew arrived on time and complete the job in 2+ days. They explained operation to my daughter, and provided complete instructions on maintenance. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service.
