The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. They were prompt and courteous, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future."

He explained several installation alternatives to my wife and I . We discussed the choices and selected one that satisfied our needs. As previously stated, the representative was able to restart the existing water heater so we have hot water now, but we chose to replace it due to its age. We then scheduled the replacement after choosing one of the alternatives. In summary, we were very satisfied with the service."
