"The experience was great. Bradley was the technician that came to the house. He was very nice. It is apparent this company is committed to quality customer service. Upon arrival, Bradley rolled out a large mat at the front door and covered his shoes with booties to keep the dirt out. He asked to know what I needed done and then if there were any other issues I wanted him to look over. There were a few other things that I told him about and he wrote up three estimates. The first was to only install the attic fan and the other two included a few of the things I told him about upon his arrival. I only intended to get the attic completed so for monetary reasons, I went with the first estimate. I didn't feel pressured to get the other work done but appreciated the additional information so I know what to expect when I get around to those repairs. 
He was in the attic for awhile and it was very hot. By the time he finished, he was pretty well soaked. His demeanor never changed. He was still just as personable, after all that sweating, as when he first arrived. The fan was hooked up and has been working without issues. 
I received a few follow up calls after the work was complete to ensure I was satisfied with their service.
